This beautiful full color monograph documents the May – September 2019 exhibition Ron Ho: A Jeweler’s Tale, co-sponsored by the Bellevue Arts Museum and Northwest Designer Craftsmen. The monograph documents this unique exhibition, which is designed to allow visitors to experience the art-filled life and personal relationships that inspired Ron Ho’s artistry. The monograph includes images of five of Ron’s necklaces completed after his 2007 BAM retrospective along with necklaces that express various influences and stages in Ron’s progression as a maker of exquisite narrative jewelry. In Ron’s own words, the monograph preserves seminal moments in his career, along with stories from artists, friends and collectors. Over 20 full color images of Ron Ho’s jewelry, home, ethnic and northwest art collections and his jewelers bench illuminate the tale of his beautiful life.
